Primul exemplar care a trecut granita de la Curtici a fost 188 002. La acest moment, locomotiva se afla in curs de teste pentru autorizare pe teritoriul Romaniei de catre AFER.

29 January  2024 – Alstom, global leader in smart and sustainable mobility, and the Romanian Railway Reform Authority (ARF) have signed a contract for the delivery of 16 Traxx 3 MS electric locomotives and 20 years of associated maintenance services. The contract, totalling around €150 million, extends Alstom’s collaboration with ARF within the rolling stock sector. The 20-year maintenance and repair period can be extended by a further 20 years by concluding an additional agreement.

The four-axle electric locomotives will have a maximum speed of 200 km/h and will be able to tow up to 16 passenger cars. They will be equipped with Alstom’s state-of-the-art onboard ERTMS system for optimal efficiency and high levels of safety and security, while ensuring full interoperability. The locomotives are designed to improve mobility within and between the Romania’s major cities.

De unde știm că vor fi clasa 188?

Am pus provizoriu clasa 188, avand in vedere ca la locomotivele Siemens s-a respectat clasarea germana (189 pentru ES64F4, 192 pentru Smartron si 193 pentru Vectron).

Am șters clasa 188, atunci. Vom vedea când ajung locomotivele ce clasă vor avea. Așa, mai mult se induce în eroare.

Eu unul zic că acest topic se poate comasa cu topicul Bombardier TRAXX MS3, creat de mine anterior în anul 2019 cu prilejul testării respectivei locomotive pe teritoriul României.  

Am rezolvat.

Dacă Bombardier a fost autorizat, vor mai trebui autorizate și locomotivele Alstom de către AFER...ținând cont că s-a schimbat doar producătorul, nu și produsul. Sau ele diferă și ca produs?
